The temporal affairs of Emmanuel Church are managed and directed by the Vestry. The Vestry, which meets on a monthly basis, consists of the Rector, the Senior Warden, the Junior Warden, the Treasurer, and up to nine vestry members elected by the parish at the annual meeting.
