The temporal affairs of Emmanuel Church are managed and directed by the Vestry.The Vestry, which meets on a monthly basis, consists of The Reverend Peter Mayer, the Senior Warden, the Junior Warden, the Treasurer, and nine vestry members elected by the parish at the annual meeting.

The officers and vestry for 2010 are:
